Refund policy

Because each couture piece is handmade to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We accept returns or offer replacements only in the case of:

Defective Items: If your item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us immediately.

To request a return or exchange for a defect, please email us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description.

Once approved, items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging to our atelier in Sin El Fil, Beirut.

Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
